The Eagle Mountain House & Golf Club offers three rooms for your function ranging from 745 - 3300 square feet in addition to a variety of locations suitable for breakouts and smaller gatherings.

The CARRIAGE HOUSE: Located a short walk from main hotel (pictured above)

Seating Capacities: Theatre - 250 Classroom - 125 Dining - 180

Just a short walk from the main inn is the carriage house ballroom with 7 smaller breakout rooms.

Originally built in 1879 to house the horse drawn carriages of well heeled guests and their drivers, the carriage house has since been converted into one of the larger function spaces in the northern part of New Hampshire.

Tastefully decorated with onion dome chandeliers and floral draperies the room is surrounded by windows on 3 sides. Double doors open onto a large deck area affording spectacular views of beautiful Carter Notch.

The CARTER NOTCH ROOM: Located adjacent to Highfields Dining Room

Handsomely appointed with rich wood moldings, the Carter Notch Room is located just off the main dining room and overlooks the verandah, golf course and the beautiful White Mountains beyond.

This popular room is ideal for group meals of up to 50 people. It is also used frequently for cocktail parties with passed hors d'oeuvres. Our group sales staff will work with you to coordinate the most appropriate room layout for your function and coordinate all food service with our Executive Chef.

Eagle Mountain RoomBeautifully paneled in a lightly "washed" pine finish, the Eagle Mountain Room lends itself to a variety of uses.

Located in the main inn, the 7 ' by 24 ' raised stage area is perfect for a speaker. Theatre-style seating capacity is 75. Vaulted ceilings, antique chandeliers and sky lights combine to create an airy feeling not typically found in most function rooms.
