THIS IS HOW IT WORKS:

 

Stay TWO MIDWEEK NIGHTS

receive a minimum of $20 in Gas Aid Dollars plus $.20 per mile over 100 miles and up to a maximum of $40 Gas Aid Dollars.

Stay THREE MIDWEEK NIGHTS

receive a minimum of $40 in Gas Aid Dollars plus $.40 per mile over 100 miles and up to a maximum of $80 Gas Aid Dollars.

Stay FOUR MIDWEEK NIGHTS

receive a minimum of $55 in Gas Aid Dollars plus $.55 per mile over 100 miles and up to a maximum of $110 Gas Aid Dollars.

Stay FIVE MIDWEEK NIGHTS

receive a minimum of $75 in Gas Aid Dollars plus $.75 per mile over 100 miles and up to a maximum of $150 Gas Aid Dollars.

You will receive your Gas Aid Dollars at check-in. These may be used for payment of

food and beverages in Highfields or the Eagle Landing Tavern
greens or driving range fees, and club or cart rentals at the Eagle Mountain House Golf Club

FINE PRINT:

• Gas Aid mileage up to a maximum of 200 miles distance is determined by the distance measured by MapQuest.com from the Eagle Mountain House zip code (03846) to the zip code address as noted on the guest reservation or confirmation.
• Gas Aid Dollars may not be used for payment of gratuities, tips or other staff incentives
• Gas Aid Dollars are for use by the registered guest associated with the stated reservation number and are not transferable.
• Credit or change will not be issued for any unused portion of a Gas Aid Dollar(s).
• Purchases made with Gas Aid Dollars are not eligible for discounts.
• Gas Aid Dollars are not accepted as payment for room rates, hotel package plans or other room related accounts. Misplaced Gas Aid Dollars will not be replaced, expire upon checkout, and cannot be extended or applied to future stay.
• Early departure will result in recalculation of Gas Aid Dollars a guest is eligible for during the adjusted stay. The guest will have the option to return excess Gas Aid Dollars originally issued or reimburse the Eagle Mountain House & Golf Club for Gas Aid dollars spent above the adjusted amount of Gas Aid Dollars originally issued.
• Gas Aid program participation must be reserved prior to check-in and no retroactive Gas Aid Dollars will be issued.
• Gas Aid Dollars have no cash value and are not legal tender.
• Gas Aid is a non-commissionable package and not available to groups.
