The Eagle Mountain House & Golf Club offers three rooms for your function ranging from 745 - 3300 square feet in addition to a variety of locations suitable for breakouts and smaller gatherings. The Eagle Mountain Room and Carter Notch Room are both located within the main hotel and the larger Carriage House is just a short walk away. The Courtyard Room, a sun-filled area of Highfields Dining Room, and the Library located off the main lobby are more intimate and suited for small gatherings.

The Eagle Mountain House has a comprehensive range of menu options for your onsite meeting. To assist you in planning, we will provide you with sample menus for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner options as well as a range of morning and afternoon break options upon your request.
