All rooms and public spaces are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the north Veranda.
All rates are subject to an 8% New Hampshire Rooms and Meals Tax. A 16% service gratuity is included for meals in package plans.
Rates depend on room type (guest room or suite) and view (mountainview or standard), and dates of stay.
A deposit equal to one night's accommodations required. If you fail to arrive on your confirmed arrival date, you will be charged for one night's room rental plus 8% tax. Should you check-out earlier than your confirmed departure date, you will be charged for the last night that you reserved, unless the guest room is re-rented.
Each additional adult is $25 per night (includes breakfast only)
Each additional child is $5 per night (includes breakfast only)
Roll-a-way bed available for $10.00 per night. Roll-a-way must be reserved at time of reservation as not all rooms will accommodate additional bedding.
Deposits refunded for cancellations up to 5 days prior to arrival without penalty.
Higher rates apply on all room rates and packages during vacation and holiday periods.
